Youth Athletic Development Program for Ages 8-12
Our medium-intensity program is designed specifically to guide young athletes through critical growth stages, helping them develop strength, agility, and coordination. This program focuses on teaching essential movement patterns that lay the foundation for future athletic success, ensuring proper development through growth spurts. With an emphasis on skill-building and injury prevention, this class prepares athletes to transition smoothly from youth sports to high school competition, maximizing their athletic potential along the way.

Commitment: Two sessions per week
